SSCS chapters are a vital component of the Society, serving as the bridge to local SSCS membership and offering a breadth of local activities in your area. There are now over 160 chapters serving IC communities worldwide!
Most chapters organize first-rate events, such as distinguished lectures, workshops, short courses, and replays of SSCS-conference (ISSCC, VLSI Symposium, CICC, ESSERC, and A-SSCC) tutorials and presentations – a great way to learn about the latest developments in your field and maintain or expand your professional network. Chapters are also increasingly active in student outreach from universities all the way to primary schools.
