Our Mission: Guiding Early-Career Success in Integrated Circuit Design
The mission of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) Young Professionals & Students Committee is to cultivate the next generation of global IC innovators by bridging academia and industry. We empower students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career engineers within 10 years of earning their most recent degree through targeted mentorship, professional growth opportunities, and direct access to leading technical minds.
