Kimberly is University Recruiting Program Manager for NXP in the US and Canada, and has held that role for 5 years. Prior to that Kimberly held various HR positions, primarily in the fields of Banking and Technology. She’s a holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from Texas A&M University, a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from St. Edward’s University, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level.

Edith Beigne

Research Director of AR/VR Silicon

Edith Beigné is the Research Director of AR/VR Silicon at Facebook Reality Labs where she leads silicon research projects driving the future of AR devices. Her main research interests are low power digital and mixed-signal circuits and design with emerging technologies. Over the past 20 years, she has been focusing her research on low power and adaptive circuit techniques, exploiting new design techniques and advanced technology nodes for different applications ranging from high performance multi-processors to ultra-low power SoC, and, more recently, AR/VR applications. She is the TPC chair of ISSCC 2022, was vice-chair of ISSCC 2021 and part of ISSCC TPC since 2014 as chair of the digital circuits sub-committee. Edith was in charge of organizing the remote ISSCC 2021 conference this year.

Eric Naviasky

Blue Cheetah Analog

Only limited information is known about Mr. Naviasky’s early life. Legend in the engineering community has it that he was raised by wolves during his early formative years. Evicted from the pack at age 7 when the wolves could no longer stand his sense of humor and poor table manners, he was apparently picked up by a misguided alien abduction team. Most of his formal schooling was accomplished in this “far offshore” fashion, though there is a record of a degree from Johns Hopkins University in the seventies. His career since the seventies has been a highly productive but random walk through the Bio-medical engineering, RF communications, and military-aerospace industries with an intense focus on analog and mixed signal IC design. In 1996 he was one of the co-founders of the Cadence Analog and mixed signal design practice. For 24 years with the careful attention of a team of handlers and damage control specialists, he was the driving creative force behind the organization and a continuous but necessary source of irritation to management. In 2020 Mr. Naviasky moved to Blue Cheetah with the intent of further shaking up the world of analog design.

Matt Scott is co-founder and CEO of Malong Technologies, a VC-backed AI company focused on computer vision for retailers. Matt has 17+ years R&D experience in computer vision and machine learning. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE (SMIEEE), published 100+ patents and 25+ scientific papers with 2,500+ citations. At CVPR’17, Matt and his team won the WebVision Challenge from Google, a worldwide image recognition competition. At CVPR’20, received the best paper award nomination. Prior to Malong, he was at Microsoft for 10 years, working in Microsoft Research on computer vision, NLP, and machine learning.
