Abstract:
In high-stakes environments — pitching to leadership, presenting your work to boards, or sharing project updates in team and EAQ reviews — facts alone rarely create connection. What truly lands is EQ-powered storytelling. A story carries emotion, intent, and clarity across the room, helping people not just understand your work, but feel its importance.

This 60-minute session shows women leaders how to use empathy, self-awareness, and authentic narrative to make their pitches memorable and influential. Participants learn how to frame their achievements through human moments, craft stories that build trust with senior leaders, and communicate in ways that create psychological safety and resonance in technical settings.

Through simple EQ frameworks and practical examples, the session teaches how stories transform routine updates into meaningful bridges — strengthening visibility, influence, and connection across circuits, teams, and leadership forums.
