The Administrative Commmitte (AdCom) is the governing body of the Solid-State Circuits Society. AdCom members oversee conferences, publications, educational projects, chapters, finances and other activities relevant to the Society’s scope.
Elected AdCom members serve three-year terms, which are staggered so there are always some experienced and some new members. Candidates may be nominated by a Petition Process .Â
The AdCom meets twice a year and is governed by IEEE SSCS Constitution and Bylaws.

Voting Privileges:
Non-elected AdCom members (appointments as chairs of standing committees and other roles specified) have voting privileges on all administrative matters. Their voting power is limited and does not include changes in the Constitution and Bylaws, the election of Society President and Vice-President, and filling in-term vacancies. The priviledges of an Elected Ad-Com member are not reduced by serving as a standing committee chair or other position.
